How to create a new wallet

Step 1: On the Home Screen of the Saros Super App, click Wallet section in the top left corner;

Step 2: Tap the icon in the top right corner;

Step 3: Click Create wallet to initiate a new wallet;

Step 4: Tick ​​the Checkbox to confirm that you have read, understood and agree to abide by Saros Wallet's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, then click Continue;

Step 5: Tick the Checkbox to confirm your understanding that if you lose the key, you are not able to access your funds, and then click I am ready;

Step 6: Back up Seed Phrase

What is a Seed Phrase?

A seed phrase, the recovery key of a wallet, is a sequence of words that are generated randomly. This Seed Phrase is used to control access, secure, and recover the wallet

6.1. Click Copy Seed Phrase to back it up;

6..2. Click Continue to go to the Seed Phrase verification step;

You should store the Seed Phrase in a safe place and never share it with anyone!

Below are the suggestions for backing up the Seed Phrase

  • When backing up your Seed Phrase, it is crucial to ensure that it is stored securely. Here are some suggested details you could include:

  • Write it down: Use pen and paper to carefully write each word of the Seed Phrase in order. Ensure clarity and accuracy, avoiding any spelling errors;

  • Choose a secure location: Store the written Seed Phrase in a safe place, such as a safe deposit box, locked drawer, or fireproof safe at home. Avoid digital storage unless using highly secure encryption;

  • Create multiple copies: Consider making several copies of the Seed Phrase and storing them in different secure locations. This provides redundancy in case of loss or damage;

  • Avoid digital storage: Stick to physical, offline storage methods for maximum security;

Step 7: Verify Seed Phrase by selecting the words in the correct order and click Verify;

Step 8: Enter a Wallet Name, select Avatar, and click Start Using to complete the process.

How to switch wallet

Saros Super App supports multiple wallets, enabling seamless switching between them with just a few simple steps.

Step 1: On the Home Screen of the Saros Super App, click the Wallet section in the top left corner;

Step 2: Click on the desired wallet you want to switch to.

How to restore a wallet

Restore wallet is a feature that allows you to effortlessly import your existing wallet into the Saros Super App. Whether you are switching devices or wallets, this feature ensures seamless access to your funds and transactions within the app.

Step 1: On the Home Screen of the Saros Super App, click Wallet section in the top left corner;

Step 3: Choose Restore wallet;

Step 4: Tick the Checkbox to confirm that you have read, understood and agree to abide by Saros Wallet's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, then click Continue;

Step 5: Enter Seed Phrase/ Private Key to restore the wallet and then click Restore;

Step 6: Enter a Wallet Name, select an Avatar, and click Start Using to complete the restoring the wallet process.

Step 2: Click Icon in the top right corner;
